1. Scope of Application
These General Terms & Conditions (AGB) apply to participation in the BRICKS Bike & Run Event, organized by:
Organizer: BRICKS
(hereinafter referred to as "Organizer" or "BRICKS").
By registering for the event, participants accept these AGB as binding.
2. Registration & Contract Conclusion

The contract is concluded once BRICKS confirms the participant’s registration by email.
The number of participants is limited. Registrations are considered in the order of receipt.
3. Participation Requirements
Participation is only permitted for individuals who are physically fit and in good health.
By registering, each participant confirms that they are medically capable of completing the event.

Helmets are mandatory during the cycling section.

5. Withdrawal, Transfer & Substitution

In such cases, there is no entitlement to reimbursement of entry fees or other costs (e.g., travel or accommodation expenses).
7. Liability Disclaimer
Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
BRICKS, its legal representatives, and vicarious agents assume no liability for personal injury, property damage, or financial losses, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
This exclusion of liability does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, which are based on negligent breach of duty by BRICKS or intentional/negligent breach of duty by a legal representative or vicarious agent.
Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage (accident, health, liability).
8. Media & Photography
During the event, photographs and video recordings will be made.
By participating, each participant irrevocably consents to the use of such images by BRICKS for documentation, reporting, and marketing purposes, without entitlement to remuneration.
If a participant does not wish to be photographed, they must inform the Organizer in writing prior to the event.
9. Data Protection
The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at [insert website link].
10. Disqualification & Exclusion
BRICKS reserves the right to disqualify participants or exclude them from the event in case of:
Violation of these AGB or event rules.
Unsportsmanlike behavior or endangering others.
