Each participant is responsible for ensuring compliance with traffic laws, safety regulations, and the instructions of event staff. The organizer does not guarantee the condition of the race course or the safety of facilities.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event in cases of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions). In such cases, there shall be no entitlement to reimbursement of expenses or further claims.
